This 8 hour course is designed for all pizza lovers who want to learn how to make a pizza at home and cook it in the kitchen or in an outside wood-burning oven.
The 3 day Regular course is recommended to people who want to learn how to make pizzas for professional purposes and want to work as Pizzaiolo in a Neapolitan pizzeria.
The 5 day extensive course is recommended for people who want to open a Neapolitan pizzeria and need to be able to transfer all the skills to the working staff.
This single day Course aims to teach how to prepare products different from the traditional Neapolitan pizzas, like deep-fried pizzas, whole weat and gluten-free pizza.
