Mario has been a pizza maker and restaurant manager in Italy, Europe, and most recently, in the US. Pizza, together with wine, is his true love.
He spent his first three years in USA as Manager of Antica Pizzeria in Marina del Rey (rated among the top 20 pizza pies in USA for more then 10 years), learning the art of making Neapolitan pizza from maestro Peppe Miele. Beside his new experience as co-owner of am acclaimed wine bar and pizzeria in Venice, he joined VPN Americas as instructor for the pizza school and inspector for new members.
