In our laboratories you will be a “Neapolitan Pizza-maker for one day” and you’ll learn this art, that is recognized by UNESCO as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, and you’ll live a whole day as a real pizza-maker.
WHO ORGANIZES THE LABORATORY
The “Pizza-maker for one day” experience is planned by Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana that aims to defend and spread the art of this ancient job since 1984.
You’ll learn directly from the best maestros that collaborate with AVPN, the art of dough-making, how to form the disc of dough and which toppings you have to use.
No recipe for the Neapolitan pizza will ever be better than a one day experience with the maestros of the sector.
LEARNING HOW TO MAKE NEAPOLITAN PIZZA IS POSSIBLE, AMAZING AND EASY!
The class is in Italian and English and can participate small groups of people. The location will be done into the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana premises every day from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00
