Another major event features the Verace Pizza Napoletana Association in the year of its 40th anniversary, participation in Bakery China, Asia Pacific's largest event dedicated to the art white in which more than 400,000 visitors from more than 130 countries are expected to join the 2,200 exhibitors attending covering an area of 320,000sqm.
It will be General Manager Stefano Auricchio and Marketing Director Gianluca Liccardo who will be accompany the team of pizza chefs composed of Instructor Luca Di Massa and the award-winning Paolo and Daniele Salvo, from the Bottega group with pizzerias in Beijing and Shanghai, in the realization of masterclasses dedicated to the True Neapolitan Pizza.
The masterclass schedule includes two daily meetings in which they will go "Discovering the True Pizza Napoletana, the most iconic pizza in the world" and mistakes not to make in "If you want to make True Neapolitan Pizza then you must not ..." thus subdivided:
Tuesday, May 21 and Thursday, May 23 at 2 p.m. and 4 p.m.
Wednesday, May 22 and Friday, May 24 at 10 a.m. and 12 p.m.
The appointment is at Booth 21F80 Hall 2.1, which brings together a collective of Italian companies consisting of
Gi.metal, Le 5 Stagioni, Sud Forni, Gioella and La Valle in addition to the Italian Pizzaioli School and the
University of Pollenzo.
