From May 11 to 14, the True Neapolitan Pizza Association (AVPN) will be taking center stage at TuttoFood Milano. You can find us in Hall 10 - Stand H41, hosted by the San Marzano Tomato Consortium, for a culinary journey exploring tradition and technique.
Every day at 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, our Resident Pizzaiolo, Fulvio Belfiore, will host leading master pizza makers:
Monday, May 11: Giulio Alberto Rega and Ciro Coppola
Tuesday, May 12: Corrado Scaglione, Salvatore Santucci, and Ciro Coppola
Wednesday, May 13: Gennaro Ranieri and Corrado Scaglione
Thursday, May 14: Fratelli Coppola (single session at 12:00 PM)
On Monday, May 11 at 1:30 PM, we will also be present at the Regione Campania stand (Hall 6 - Stand H07) featuring Klaus Palumbo, Carlo Scutiero, and Ciro Coppola.
The AVPN delegation—Massimo Di Porzio, Stefano Auricchio, Gianluca Liccardo, and Tammaro Landolfo—will be on hand to meet with industry professionals and enthusiasts alike.
